Chickpea is one of the four hens that came to us from our dear friend, Laura, when she had to move off island. Chickpea now has bone cancer in her leg, but still gets around! Most chickens don’t live long enough to get cancer…. we are taking care of her and making sure she stays as comfortable as possible.
